We are looking for a new Sales Coordinator to join our team to work with some of the worlds’ leading global retailer and producers.

The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.

What will you do?

  • Preparing, filing and retrieving sales-related documents, like contracts
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
  • Make invoices of each shipments
  • Design and renew sales proposals

What do we expect from you?

  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator
  • Excellent computer skills MS Office in particular
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
